By placing an order with Love My Drip, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are intended to ensure clear communication and a smooth experience for both the customer and our business.

Custom Orders

Most items offered by Love My Drip are custom made. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting designs, images, text, sizes, and other order details.

Once an order is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Design Approval

Customers may be sent a design preview for approval before production. It is the customer's responsibility to review all details carefully, including spelling, placement, colors, and sizing. Love My Drip is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.

Payments

Full payment or a required deposit must be received before production begins on any order.

Orders will not be started until payment has been successfully processed.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is typically 3–14 business days after design approval and payment. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.

Rush orders may be available depending on availability and may require an additional fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because most items are custom made, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if there is an error made by Love My Drip during production.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can review the situation and make it right if necessary.

Image and Copyright Responsibility

Customers must have the rights or permission to use any logos, images, or artwork submitted for printing. Love My Drip is not responsible for copyright violations related to customer-provided content.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Once an order has been shipped, Love My Drip is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available depending on the order. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Agreement

By placing an order with Love My Drip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Use of Products

Love My Drip reserves the right to photograph and use images of completed products for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media pages, and marketing materials.

Customer personal information will never be shared publicly without permission. If a product contains sensitive or personal imagery and you would prefer that it not be used for promotional purposes, please notify us at the time of ordering.
